Cut Jack fruit in equal pieces and shallow fry all the pieces

Make paste of onion

In a kadhai heat oil add cumin seeds when it crackle add onion paste,ginger garlic paste

Cook for few minutes and add all dry spices. Cook well when oil became separate.

Add fried Jack fruit, add salt to taste, add half cup of water mix well and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in between.

Shift this mixture in cooker add 1glass of water and presser cook, off the stove after 1 whistle.

Jack fruit curry is ready serve with rice or roti.
