1 hour

2 cupsall purpose flour
3 teaspoonsground cinnamon
11/2 cupssugar(you can reduce to one cup)
1/4/tsp baking soda
2 cupsgrated zucchini
3large eggs
1 cupflavorless oil
4-5 tablespoonsmilk

Preheat your oven to 170 degrees C and grease your pan

In a clean bowl,sift all the dry ingredients

In another bowl,beat your eggs,oil,and sugar till frothy

Add your dry ingredients to the wet in bits. Add the milk and lastly your grated zucchini
5

Pour your batter in the greased pan..bake at 170 degrees for 45-55 mins or till toothpick comes out clean

Serve..see how moist it is inside
