Ingredients

3 person
  • 100 gmbesan for batter
  • 2big potatoes with medium slices
  • 1 tsphaldi for batter
  • 1 tspred chilli powder for batter
  • 1 cupwater for batter
  • Salt to taste for batter
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add besan and spices.

  2. 2

    And add water and make batter..no thick and no thin..it's make medium..

  3. 3

    And one by one potatoes slices pour in batter and add in pan for frying.

  4. 4

    Frying till light golden and turn other side fry it becomes golden.

  5. 5

    And serve hot with chutney.
