First take chaas add besan and mix well now add 1glass of water.

Heat oil in deep pan and put jerra, rai, kadhi patta, red chilli and Hing. Saute it.

Now add onion and fry it.

Mix tomato and add coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.

Now add Besan paste and mix well. Cook for 20 minutes.

Masala kadhi ready.

Take Besan and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, hing, salt and a pinch of baking soda and mix well.

Now add some water and make smooth paste and let it rest.

Now heat oil and make round shape pakoda and fry it. Pakoda ready.

Now mix in kadhi and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Pakoda kadhi ready. Serve with roti and rice.
