Take maida,oil and salt make the dough for matri

Then take besan and add all ingredients that need to be put in it and prepare a dough.

After This, take the ball of flour dough and besan dough and put the besan dough ball making it stuffed inside the flour dough and roll it on the rolling pan. Shape it as a mathri and fry it.....You could eat it with tea.......... Store it and enjoy it for a longer time.
