Couscous and lentils are a no for type O like me. Meanwhile, here where I am from, Quinoa isn't easily available especially this community quarantine. Thus, I came up with this idea instead. I enjoy eating it warm, or cold. So, don't worry if this recipe makes more than 1 serving as it is an excellent advance packed lunch recipe. This salad actually taste better the next day! Tuna rice salad Tuna rice salad
The tuna rice salad is an easy and tasty recipe, ideal to bring to the table during the summer, when you want more fresh and quick dishes. We can enjoy it for lunch or dinner, both on the plate and in a buffet. If needed, we can also put it in airtight containers and eat it outside the home. For a day in the park, by the sea or in the mountains, nothing beats a rice salad! Martha Maldonado -

Onion and Tuna Salad Onion and Tuna Salad
My family eat a lot of raw onion salad for our health, since raw onions are supposed to be good for you. Our two favorites are sliced onion salad and this tuna salad. The onion is soaked in water to remove the harshness, but it'll lose its nutrients if you soak it for too long, so soak it for about 2 to 3 minutes. For 3 to 4 servings. Recipe by FarmersK cookpad.japan -

Tuna and rice savory, spicy warm salad Tuna and rice savory, spicy warm salad
This dish came from just loving certain flavors/textures all together. Like a sushi roll without the nori. It was so good i forgot the nori and avocado in the picture lol and i have some. The only warm ingredient is the rice. Cucumber and avocado are cool. 😋 Japanese dishes use spicy mayonaise in so many awesome ways. Jen
