Ingredients

  • 2(peeled and chopped) frozen bananas
  • 4 ozTotal Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbspvanilla extract
  • 1/3 cupcashew butter
  • 1/2 cupalmond milk
  • 1/3 cuproughly chopped dark chocolate

Steps

  1. 1

    Place bananas, yogurt, cashew butter, vanilla extract and milk in a blender and blend until it's smooth and no more frozen banana chunks are remaining.

  2. 2

    Scoop into a plastic container and stir in the roughly chopped chocolate.

  3. 3

    Cover and freeze for 45 minutes for soft-serve consistency.

  4. 4

    You can also freeze it longer, but then you'll have to microwave it for a few secs before serving.
