In a bowl mix besan and yogurt. Mix well and there should not b any lumps.

Heat oil in a wok. Add jeera hing, dry red chilli saboot dhania, hing and tej patta.

Now add ginger and chilli and onions. Saute for a min.till onions get tender.

In a small bowl take salt, haldi, lal mirch powder and dhania powder. Add little water and make paste. Add this paste and cook for a min.

Now add besan and yogurt batter. Mix continuously to avoid lumps. Add sufficient water. Let it boil.

Now for pakodas....mix all ingredients and fry on medium heat till golden brown.

Put these pakodas in kadi and cook for 10 mins on low flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with steamed rice.

Option : u can put garlic tadka over it to enhance it's taste.
