Strawberry Cheesecake

A very easy and simple cheesecake, I tried it first time and got it right, so anybody out there wants to give it a try, go ahead!! You can replace the strawberries with a fruit of your choice.

A very easy and simple cheesecake, I tried it first time and got it right, so anybody out there wants to give it a try, go ahead!! You can replace the strawberries with a fruit of your choice.
Steps

Tip the crumbs into a bowl. Add the butter and mix in. Spoon the crumbs into the tin and press down. Chill for 10 minutes.

Pour the condensed milk into a large bowl. Add the soft cheese and whisk together.

Mix in the lemon juice, this will thicken it.

Pour into over the biscuit base in the tin. Chill for 2 hours without the strawberry topping.

Cut the strawberries in half and mix with the strawberry jam and let it chill separately in the fridge.

When the cheesecake is ready, place it on a plate and spoon the jammy berries onto the cheesecake and serve.
