In a pan take ghee

Add besan and mix well

Roast on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes until it gets nice golden colour

Take a tray and grease it well with ghee

After rosting besan for about 5 minutes, add dry fruits, sugar

Mix it well quickly after adding sugar

Turn off the heat and add cardamom powder

Mix well and transfer the mixture into the greased tray,garnish with some chopped nuts

Let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes

Cut the burfi into pieces with the help of knife
