Heat a pan over medium heat. Add butter, garlic, and onion, and sauté until fragrant.

Add vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Add cheese sausages and stir-fry until cooked.

Add ketchup and mix well. Season with green label sauce and brown sugar to taste (add a little salt if you prefer a more balanced flavor). Add broth and let the sauce thicken slightly.

Add green onion, stir quickly 2-3 times, and remove from heat (the vegetables will not be too wilted).

Sprinkle with oregano for a fragrant and delicious finish. ^^~
