Wheat dough kneading time add salt and 1tsp oil and knead with the help of water little at a time make a smooth dough

Now take a pan heat oil 1 tsp and add onion sauté aliitle add cauliflower chopped sauté little add ginger and all dry masala make it dry and cool it

Now roll a chapatti and spread 2tbs of cauliflower ready mixture and fold all sides and make a ball

Dust flour on chapattis board and press the ball very lightly all sides now roll like a little thick chapattis with a very light way

Place on hot tawa little roast from both sides and spread little oil for shallow fry till golden brown

Serve hot with butter and sweet curd and enjoy the breakfast with family
