Ingredients

  1. 8-10 florestCauliflower clean and chopped
  2. 1/2Onion chopped
  3. as neededCoriander leaves chopped
  4. 1 tspGinger chopped
  5. Wheat dough for prantha
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  9. as neededAjawyn (carom seeds) optional but it tastes well
  10. 1Green chilli chopped [if U need spicy]
  11. as neededOil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Wheat dough kneading time add salt and 1tsp oil and knead with the help of water little at a time make a smooth dough

  2. 2

    Now take a pan heat oil 1 tsp and add onion sauté aliitle add cauliflower chopped sauté little add ginger and all dry masala make it dry and cool it

  3. 3

    Now roll a chapatti and spread 2tbs of cauliflower ready mixture and fold all sides and make a ball

  4. 4

    Dust flour on chapattis board and press the ball very lightly all sides now roll like a little thick chapattis with a very light way

  5. 5

    Place on hot tawa little roast from both sides and spread little oil for shallow fry till golden brown

  6. 6

    Serve hot with butter and sweet curd and enjoy the breakfast with family
