Ingredients

  1. 2 cupbesan
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 2 tspcardamom powder
  4. 1 cupghee
  5. 1 tspyellow food colour
  6. as neededDry fruits chopped
  7. 3 cupwater

Steps

    Heat ghee..roasted besan..

  2. 2

    Make Sugar syrup add water, food colour and sugar..

  3. 3

    Add syrp in besan.mix well..stire...make thick paste..add Elaichi powder and dry fruits mix well..

  4. 4

    Grease a thali.. spread better.. sprinkle dry fruits..cool..cut pieces..
