For the dhoklis
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, whole wheat flour, besan, turmeric, green chilli, asafetida,, salt, and oil and mix it well. Add the water as needed to make dough. - 2
Divide the dough into equal parts and roll out If needed use little whole wheat flour for dusting the rolling surface that will help in rolling.Cut each roti into flower shape using flower shape mold and set aside.

For the dal......
Clean, wash and drain the dal. In pressure cooker heat the oil in a small pan, when oil is moderately hot add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds, asafetida, and green chilies and allow them to crack. dal, salt, turmeric, and 3 cups of water. Cook over medium high heat. - 4
When the pressure cooker starts to steam,Add peanuts, chilli powder, tomatoes, carrot,radish,ginger, and jiggery to dal, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. add dhokli and cook on a low medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.our flower shapes daal dhokli is ready to eat.😊😊😚.!!!
