I brought some amazing rye bread back from Copenhagen and was inspired by artistic smørrebrød in a restaurant in the meatpacking district. #nordiccuise

Create a garnish salad with the beetroot, rocket, goats cheese and tomatoes
- 2
Slice the rye bread and toast
- 3
Season and oil the steak. Sear both sides basting with a rosemary “brush” until cooked to your liking
- 4
Rest the steak for 2 mins then slice and assemble. Dress with balsamic vinegar
