1 cupAlu bhujiya
2 tsp Coriander whole seeds
1 tspChat masala
1/4 cupChopped onion
1 tspDry mango powder
As per tasteRed chilli powder
As per tasteSalt
2 cupWheat flour
As per needOil

Steps

1

Mixed all ingredients except wheat flour and make stuffing

Knead a smooth dough by using wheat flour,salt and water.

Now take a ball size portionn frim dough,roll it, stuff it with stuffing,seal and roll again

Heat a tawa.place this on tawa.apply little oil cook from both sides
