Steps

Peel and jullien carrots. String the beans and juillien.

Pick,clean and wash rice.soak in tap water for about 30 min.

Heat ghee and half of whole garam masala.soute till it crackeles.And slice onion and fry till golden brown colour.

Add ginger,garlic,green chilli and fry for about one minute.Add chilli powder and turmeric powder add carrot,beans,couliflower,green peas,potato and fry another one minute.Add curd and water and boil.

Check the vegetable and when carrot is cooked,take off from heat.

In another Pan,cook the rise with half of whole garam masala salt.cook untill rise is cooked 80%.

Put alternate layers of rice and vegetable in another lagan,spring mint,Coriander chop and brown onion each layer.first and last layer is always rice.

Place the silver foil on top of lagan.

Garnish with brown onion and Coriander spring and jullien ginger.

Served Hot with Mint Chutney and Garlic raita
