Ingredients

  • 1 cupunsalted butter
  • 1 cupsugar
  • Cream together
  • Add, 1 cup sour cream (I use Western brand as its thicker)
  • 3egg yolks (beaten)
  • 1 tspvanilla. And blend
  • In separate bowl combine and mix
  • 3 cupsflour (PC gluten free)
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Add to moist ingredients in thirds til all is mixed in. Chill in frig at least 1 day.

  2. 2

    Roll out about 1/4" thick on floured surface

  3. 3

    Bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.
