Steps

Scramble the bread pieces and mix milk to make a soft dough. Make small ball size with it.

Make sugar syrup with 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Add 2 drops of rose essence and keep warm

Heat oil in a kadhai in medium flame and fry them.

Fry turning them till golden in colour

Take them out from oil and dip them in sugar syrup. Keep them for 15-20 minutes to soak the sugar syrup and then serve.
