  1. 200 gmSago (sabudana)
  2. 1/2 cupBoiled potato
  3. 2 tspChopped green chillies
  4. 1/2 cupChopped cottage cheese
  5. 2 tspChaat masala
  6. 1 tspLemon juice
  7. 1-2 dropsRed, green, yellow food colour
  8. 1 tbspChopped coriander
  9. 1 tbspOil
  10. 3 tbspFried peanuts
  11. For accompaniments :-
  12. as neededMasala wafers

    Divide the sago into three parts. Add each colour to each part.

    Heat some oil in a pan, and saute the sago.
    3. Add salt, Chaat masala, boiled potatoes, cottage cheese, green chillies, lemon juice and chopped coriander and mix well.

    Serve it in a plate with the crunch of masala wafers.
