I just love paneer Butter masala
Steps

Boil the onion,ginger, cashew and garlic

Strain the stalk keep aside

Now heat butter and temper cumin seed bay leaf and garam masala
- 4
Make a paste of the boiled ingredients and add into the pan
- 5
Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- 6
Add red chilli Powder and black pepper powder
- 7
As oil starts releasing add the paneer
- 8
Add the stalk and boil
- 9
Add sugar and mix well
- 10
Serve it with pullav or paratha
