Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice soaked for half an hour
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1carrot chopped
  4. 1potato chopped
  5. 1/2 cupchopped cauliflower
  6. 1/2 cupgreen peas
  7. as neededGhee
  8. packetBiryani masala
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1/2 cupcurd
  11. 1/2 cupfried onion(slice onion and fry it dark brown)
  12. 2 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  13. 2 tbspMint leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook rice till 3/4th and let it cool

  2. 2

    Make paste of Biryani masala in half cup curd

  3. 3

    Heat ghee in a pan and add ghee fry onion till brown

  4. 4

    Add masala paste and stir than add chopped veggies and green peas

  5. 5

    Add one cup water and cook it covered

  6. 6

    Check it in between when cooked switch off the flame

  7. 7

    In a big wok layer with rice than above it put one layer of cooked veggies and repeat the same process

  8. 8

    Sprinkle ghee all over it

  9. 9

    Spread coriander leaves and mint leaf and cook it covered for five min

  10. 10

    Garnish it with fried onion and serve it with onion raita
