Ingredients

60 minutes
3 servings
  1. 8 Pieceschicken
  2. 500 gmushrooms, cleaned and chopped
  3. 1 packcream of mushroom powdered soup
  4. To tastesalt
  5. To tasteground pepper
  6. 1 TSPdried basil
  7. 1 TSPdried oregano
  8. 1 TSPpaprika
  9. 1/2 cupmilk
  10. 1onion, finely chopped
  11. 2 TBSmargarine
  12. 2 TBSDijon mustard

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius

  2. 2

    Pour the margarine into a pre-heated pan and brown the chicken on both sides

  3. 3

    Once done remove it then add the chopped onion and fry until cooked okay and add the mushrooms. Then plate on the Pyrex dish the chicken and add the mushrooms

  4. 4

    Once it's done bake it to for few minutes maybe 20 minutes

  5. 5

    After that mix the milk, cream of mushrooms soup and add that Dijon mustard and pour over the chicken and bake again the chicken will thicken

  6. 6

    The baked chicken mushroom will be served and enjoy.
