Ingredients

  • 1 glassRice basmati soaked
  • 1/2 cupRice flakes soaked
  • Jaggery as per taste
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1/2 cupCoconut grated
  • 1 tspCardamom powder
  • 2 tbspPaneer

Steps

  1. 1

    First grind Rice and rice flakes,and with small water

  2. 2

    Now in a pan add water...heat it..put jaggery and salt mix well

  3. 3

    Cool it and mix in rice mix

  4. 4

    Now take a pan...drizzle oil..take a laddle full batter..spread... sprinkle coconut and paneer...cover it...cook from 1 side on medium flame..ready to eat
