First heat oil in a pan and put rai, both the dal, moongfali, heeng and curry leaves. Fry for 3-4 mins.

Now mix salt and haldi in rice.

Now mix rice in takda. Fry it 2 mins.

Now mix lemon juice and your lemon rice is ready to serve.
