Steps

Put the milk to boil. Stir it until it become half of the quantity.

Add maida to it makes thick paste, put it for 15 mins.

Take a frying pan add ghee to it now fry the batter in small parts.

Make sugar syrup by adding sugar to boiling water.

Add ilychi powder to it.

Now put the fried pieces in the sugar syrup.

Take them out and serve them hot
