Steps

Divide idli batter into 3 parts.

Mix salt, garlic and ginger paste in batter. Mix well.

Add orange food colour in one portion and green colour in second part. Mix well.One portion will b white.

Grease mould and pour green batter then white batter and lastly add orange batter on top.

Steam for 10- 15 mins.

Let it cool for 5 mins.

Heat oil in tadka pan put rai...jeera and til. Let it crackle. Pour over dhoklas.

Cut into desired pieces.

Serve with chutney.
