Initially fry one onion,half cup coconut and all whole garam masala mentioned in the ingredients in one tablespoon of oil till it turns golden brown..let it cool and later grind

Marinate the washed mutton with turmeric powder red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste for two hours

Heat a pan add three tablespoon of ghee and oil mix.Add two finely chopped onions,ginger garlic paste and two tomatoes And fry on Sim gas till the oil leaves the pan

Now add the marinated mutton and fry very well.add one cup of warm water and let it cook..When it's 80 % cooked add the mutton masala and salt

Now it's time to add the main paste of coconut and onions which gives the flavor and taste to the mutton and cook till done garnish with corinder leaves

Now Mutton masala ready to serve with Roti or steam rice
