Steps

Measure the flour and put it on a metallic bowl and create a well on the flour

Mix the 3 spoons of yeast with little cold milk until well mixed

Pour the yeast mixture on the well, place the bowl with flour and yeast on the well over a lid of boiling water

Hold it there until the yeast forms bubbles, after that mix the two until well mixed

Add sugar as you mix until well mixed

Add your warm water mix until you form a dough (It should be soft not hard)

Bring the dough over a warm place, Hold it there until it doubles in size(To proof)

After it has doubled, remove it and (kanda tena tena ule unga...)

Model the dough into small balls of the same size and shape, as you place them on a greased baking tray

After that make a cross on each ball using a knife (Just on top of the ball don't over do)

Bring the balls on a warm place to double

After they have doubled egg wash them on top, Then bake on an Oven at temp 200degrees Celsius

Bake until golden brown

After you remove them from the oven..make a syrup (Sugar and water)then sprinkle on the surfaces of the buns...and give it time to penetrate inside the buns

Serve your buns with a hot beverage...coffee or Tea..its very yummy..
