Steps

Firstly warm the milk and then cool them. When the milk is cool then add lime juice slowly and turn on the flame and curdle milk.

Take a cheese cloth and pour the curdles and hang the cloth for 30 minutes. The excess water will be discarded from curdles. If possible squeeze the cloth with hand to discard excess water.

In a plate keep the dried curdle and add flour, pinch of sugar, half of saffron and cardamom powder. Now mash very well for atleast 15 minutes. The curdles becomes soft. In the meanwhile add water and sugar in the kadai and warm in a high flame. When water is hot then add rest of saffron and cardamom.

Now make small balls from the mashed curdles. 15 small balls can make from curdles. Now spread a ball and add pinch of chopped almond and pistachios and make round balls.

In the boiling water add alm the balls and cover the kadai. Cook in the high flame for 15-20 minutes. Then switch off the flame and serve it hot.
