Mix wheat flour and maida with baking soda, salt, ajwani, and black pepper then add ghee and mix them well so that ball can be made

Then add water and start to knead the dough

The dough should not be soft, but a little tight and hard

Then take a small ball from the dough and give the shape of mathri and keep aside

Take oil in a pan and fry all the mathri in low to medium oil till browned and crisp then take them out in a plate

Crispy mathri is ready to serve
