Soak rice for 3hrs then crush

Take a heavy pan add 1spoon of clarified butter &saute rice

Add 1lt.full cream milk when properly cooked simmer flame (almost 20-30mnts)

Then add sugar and remaining milk & sugar

Again cook simmer flame for 15-20mnts & while stir properly

Add cardamom powder and dry fruits & saffron thread..

Serve chilled..
