Sabse pehle paneer ko grade karein.

Onion, tomato, hari mirchi, ginger, garlic, badam, kaju, peanut, saunf, kasuri methi, black pepper and clove ki paste banale.

Ab kadai me 2 tsp oil le. Usme jeera, rai aur hind add karein.

Jab musterd seeds krack karein tab paste add karein. Use lid lagakar 4 to 5 min pakale. After 5 min add dry masala and cook for 2 min.

Ab paneer mix karein. Aur add 1/2 cup water. Ab ise 5 min cook karein.

After 5 min paneer burji is ready for serve.

Ab 2 tsp oil garam karein. Gas ko bandh kar de. Uper se oil me 1/2 tsp red chilli powder add karein. Use paneer bhurji par uper se add karein.
