Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsuji
  2. 2 cupwater
  3. 1 spoonoil
  4. 1/2 spoonsalt
  5. 1/2sooon ajwain
  6. 2 cupalu matar ki sabji(samose wali sabji)
  7. oil for deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Sabse pahle samose ki sabji ready karke rakhna hai.

    Ek bartan me 2 cups water boiled karke 1 spoon oil,salt,ajwain dalkar gas off kijiye.

    Ab usi boiled water me 1 cup suji dalke axi tarah mix karna hai fir 5-7 minuts side pe rakhiye.

    Jab thorda thanda hojaye,hatho se xu sakte hai tab suji ki small loi lijiye.

    Loi ko hatho se thorda chapta karke thordi si sabji varke kachodi band kardijiye.

  6. 6

    Ab garam oil me deep fry kijiye.

  7. 7

    Medium flame me dono taraf brown hone tak fry kijjye.

  8. 8

    Bas ready hai suji ki kachodi.
