1 kgwhite beans pre boiled
Oil
1medium onion
3medium tomatoes
Garlic & ginger grated

Chop the onions & add in the oil, fry & add in the garlic & ginger.

Add the sliced tomatoes & let it cook to a thick paste.

Add in the beans & salt for seasoning, pour in a glass of water to get a thick soup.

Simmer & serve with rice, I prefer tumeric rice.
