Ingredients

  1. 2 kgchicken wings
  2. For BBQ wings
  3. 1/4 cuptomato sauce
  4. 1/4 cupsmoky BBQ
  5. 1 tablespooncrushed garlic
  6. 3 tablespoonsoy sauce
  7. For chilli
  8. 1/4 cupSirracha chilli sauce
  9. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  10. 1 teaspoonsugar
  11. For saffron
  12. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  13. 2 strandssaffron
  14. 1 tablespoonsalt
  15. 1 teaspoontruffle oil + more to drizzle after
  16. 1 teaspooncrushed garlic

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 200C. Split chicken wings into three separate mixing bowls.

    Add ingredients for each different wings flavor. Set aside to allow flavours to infuse

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, line three different oven proof trays with baking paper or foil, (makes cleaning easier).😉

  4. 4

    Pour each marinated chicken in different trays. Place in oven to cook 15- 20mins till chicken cooked through. Allow to rest 5-10mins

    Eat with MESSY ABANDON!
