Mix the flour with all the dry ingredients then add oil

Make a semi stiff dough with Lukewarm water.Let it rest for 10-15 mins

Take a ball sized dough roll it with rolling pin it should be slightly thicker than normal chapati then cut to desired shape

Fry it hot oil once Crispy drain it out in an absorbent paper
- 5
Mix ready made sev and serve
