Traditional grilled goat meat
This is a home recipe that's why I call it traditional 😄, soo easy yet soo delicious. You will love it. I don't have a picture will do that soon. You can do this to a kienyeji chicken also.
Steps
- 1
In a large pot put your meat add salt and let cook properly. For best results use low heat. This can take take 1 hour or more depending on how tender your meat is.
- 2
Once it's well cooked let it dry out but be careful not to let it burn. Once it's starts drying add your onion.
- 3
Then add your garlic. You can add some water if you see it's soo dry.
- 4
Let it cook still on low heat until your meat starts to brown.
- 5
You can garnish if you want, but it better just that way 😉
- 6
Enjoy 😊
