Steps

Soak daal for an hour.

Drain and grind without adding water.

Now in this mixture add wheat flour.

Add salt,red chilli powder, Jeera and ajwain.

Add in oil 2 spoons and make stiff dough.

Add water only if needed, I have added few drops of water

Roll the dough with rolling pin.

Cut in desired shapes such as diamond,sticks etc.

Deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp.

When they are hot divide them in two portions.

Add pani puri masala one tsp in half cripies and add 1 tsp piri piri seasoning in other half.

U can flavour with different masalas such as jaljeera, chat masalas,Mexican seasoning etc etc.
