Drain out the water from soaked cashew nuts,now add sugar to it,keep it aside for 2-3 hrs

Now grind it in a mixer grinder till it changes in a very smooth paste (No granules should remain)

Take out this paste in a non stick pan,at low flame start stirring the paste.

It will start being thick,in around 5-7 minutes it becomes like dough ball

Now grease a tray and put this cashew nuts dough over it,roll it gently by using rolling pin,roll it uniformly from all tje sides,it's thick ness should be 2-4 mm

Now put silver leaves over it and cut horizontally

And cut diagonally with a sharp knife

Delicious kaju katli is now ready to serve
