Marinate the fish fillets with ginger garlic paste,salt,beaten egg,soy sauce and corn flour,keep aside for 10 mint and deep fry

Now heat more oil and fry onion and capsicums
- 3
Add garlic and ginger paste,saute adding salt
- 4
As onion and capcicum are a bit soft add the sauce
- 5
Add little water and boil
- 6
Add the fish and cover
- 7
Add corn flour slurry and black pepper powder
- 8
Serve it with Chinese fried rice or noodles
