First boil milk after boiling add vinegar mix quickly switch off the flame.drain excess water wash the paneer properly

Put all paneer into muslin cloth cover tightly rest for half hour.now paneer completely dry.next step kneeded the paneer to make a smooth dough

Make some small flat round bolls.on another hand take a pan put water,sugar cook for boiling now put all rasgullas into the boiling water and cook for 10mintues on medium flame

After boiling the rasgullas double in size.on another side make Rabri and put all rasgullas into the Rabri mixture rest for the 10 minutes

Make some kesari Rabri for topping.serve chilled
