  3. 2carrots or 1 cup frozen carrot
  4. Optional fresh mint
  5. 1soure cream
  6. 1yogurt
  7. 1lebenh
  8. For decorations:

  10. As neededmint
  11. Fresh mint
  12. Some of beetroot

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the needed dish

    Cut the beetroot.

  3. 3

    Shred the carrot.

  4. 4

    Mix the soure cream, labenh and yogurt

  5. 5

    Add the first layer beetroot then the corn.

  6. 6

    The last layer carrot.

  7. 7

    Add the mixture on the top of three layer.

  8. 8

    Decore it zater, mint, fresh mint and slice of beetroot.
