Steps

Bring a pot of water to boil. Place chocolate in a heat proof bowl over the pot of simmering water. Stir it until melted and remove from heat. Set it aside.

Heat heavy cream in a bowl on a low heat. Add agar agar powder to it. As soon as it comes to boil, remove from heat.

Add it to the melted chocolate bowl and mix well. Add caster sugar to the whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks are formed. Use sugar as desired.

Now finally fold this whipped cream into the chocolate mix and reserve some for the final garnishing.

Set it in the refrigerator until chilled for about an hour or two. Serve with a generous amount of whipped cream on top along with the grated chocolate bits.

Serve to your lovely people at iftaar or in any kids parties, be it a birthday or a class party.
