Cous cous and potato porridge

Peel, cut into cubes or desired shapes, wash and boil it in a pot

Blend ur tomato, scotch bonnet, onion and set aside

When the potato is done, remove from the pot and drain it
- 4
In another pot with oil, set on fire, when hot, add the blended ingredients and fry it for some mins,add,maggi,salt,curry,garlic and stir again

Add water to the fried ingredients, bring ur boiled potato and pour it inside and let it boil, when done, pour ur cous cous and stir it
- 6
Lastly, bring your chopped, washed vegetable leaf and put it inside and stir a little, leave for some mins then remove from fire and serve.
