Ingredients

  • 2 cupsoaked sago
  • 2potatoes boiled, peeled, mashed, grated
  • 1/4 cupclosely grind n roasted peanuts
  • 2Green chilli chopped
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • Oil frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a mix together sago, potatoes, roasted peanuts, green chili, salt, lemon juice in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Divide the sago mix into equal portion shape into balls&light flatten your palms to make vadas.

    Heat a oil in kadai. Put the vadas in hot oil&deep fry till golden brown & CRISP...

    Serve hot sabudana vada.
