Steps

Take a pan add ghee and dry friuts and rost it when it becomes brown now remove it from the heat and keep aside

Take a heavy bottom pan, now pour the milk in it and let it boil

After boil in the milk put the vermicelli in it stirr it continously

When vermicelli is cooked and milk get thickened add sugar mix it well

Now add cardamom powder and mix it well

Now remove it from the heat

Spread all dry roasted dry friuts on the payasam

Serve it hot or chilled
