Ingredients

  1. 2seasoned bone-in pork chops (6-8 Oz)
  2. 1 tbspvegetable/olive oil
  3. 1 tbspmargarine/butter (unsalted)
  4. 2 clovesgarlic, peeled & smashed
  5. Rosemary/sage

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat.

  2. 2

    Cook pork chops until bottom is golden brown (approx 1 min). Flip and let cook 1 min.

  3. 3

    Repeat turning every minute for approx 8-9 mins until pork chops are deep golden brown (inside temp 135 degrees)

  4. 4

    Remove pan from heat and add herbs, butter and garlic, smashing garlic into butter.

  5. 5

    Tilt skillet and spoon foaming butter and drippings over chops.

  6. 6

    Transfer to cutting board and let rest for 5-7 mins (inside temp will rise to 145)

  7. 7

    Cut away bome and slice into 1/4 inch slices
