Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat.

Cook pork chops until bottom is golden brown (approx 1 min). Flip and let cook 1 min.

Repeat turning every minute for approx 8-9 mins until pork chops are deep golden brown (inside temp 135 degrees)

Remove pan from heat and add herbs, butter and garlic, smashing garlic into butter.

Tilt skillet and spoon foaming butter and drippings over chops.

Transfer to cutting board and let rest for 5-7 mins (inside temp will rise to 145)

Cut away bome and slice into 1/4 inch slices
