Ingredients

  • Ingredients for base (Chocolate)
  • 1cup dark chocolate
  • 2-3 drops oil base fruits essence
  • water for melting
  • 1cup Whipped cream
  • whipped cream ingridents
  • 1mango Scooper
  • coloured sweet sauf for decoration
  • 1 tbsppowdered sugar
  • 2-3 dropsVanilla essence
  • Coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush the dark chocolates.
    and Melt it with double boiler

  2. 2

    After melt keep aside for room temperature and cool it.add fruit essence and mix.

  3. 3

    Pour melted chocolate in molds(here I used biscuits plastic Wrapping as a mold)

  4. 4

    Set in freezer for 2__3minutes.

  5. 5

    Whipped cream method.... keep a medium-sized metal bowl in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in chilled bowl.

  7. 7

    Beat with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Our Whipped cream is ready.

  8. 8

    Fill it in pipping bag and icing on top of chocolate base

  9. 9

    Now take a mango. And scoop some mango ball.Place on top of the icing and use coriander leaf &sweet sauf for decoration
