Crush the dark chocolates.
and Melt it with double boiler - 2
After melt keep aside for room temperature and cool it.add fruit essence and mix.

Pour melted chocolate in molds(here I used biscuits plastic Wrapping as a mold)

Set in freezer for 2__3minutes.

Whipped cream method.... keep a medium-sized metal bowl in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.

Combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in chilled bowl.

Beat with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Our Whipped cream is ready.

Fill it in pipping bag and icing on top of chocolate base

Now take a mango. And scoop some mango ball.Place on top of the icing and use coriander leaf &sweet sauf for decoration
