Steps

Take a pressure cooker add rice an moong dal and fry it....

Then add 3cup water an 1/2 cup milk,turmeric powder salt,jaggery then pressure cook it for up to 2 to 3 whislles

Now take a pan add ghee cumin seed, black pepper seed, red chilli, curry leaves and chooped tomato fry well then add cooked rice an dal mix to it....an add fry cashew nut...mix well

Now remove the pan andtransfer the pongal in to a bowl...

Now Serve it hot.....
